Placing Items In Your Cart
To order an item from the product pages, enter a number other than zero
in the "Quantity" box that belongs to the product you want to place in your cart.
Once you have selected the products to order, click the "Add To Cart"
button at bottom of the products on that page.

Viewing The Cart Contents
When you click the "Add To Cart" button from any page, the products you selected
will be added to your cart and you will be taken to a page to see a list of what's in your Online shopping cart.
You can view your cart contents at anytime by clicking the "View Cart"
button on the bottom of all pages. At this time you will see a subtotal and can
modify your order by changing the "Quantity" box of any product(s) and clicking the gray "Change"
button at the top of the cart.

After viewing any page, you may continue your shopping by clicking any buttons on the page.

Your Online Account
We use an account-based checkout system. You must first set up an account
before you can check out. If you have shopped at one of our retail locations
but not at our Online store, you still must set up this account.
This information is used for processing your
current order and also saved and used to speed up the ordering process
during future visits to our Online store. You also have the ability to
set up multiple shipping destinations in your account.

Check Out
At any time, after you've finished shopping, you may click the button
on any page that says "View Cart" or "Check Out".
If you want to review your purchases before checking out, please click the
"View Cart" button. After you review your products for purchasing,
click the "Check Out Now" button at the bottom of the list.

Review Your Order
When you get to the "Check Out" page, you can provide your billing and shipping
information. Then click the "Review My Order" button which will show
you all of your shipping information and your product totals including shipping and taxes (if
applicable) before actually placing the order.

Secure Credit Card Information
If your order looks OK, you will click the bottom gray button "Place Your Secure
Order" which will take you to The Secure Credit Card Information Page. Your browser will
enter Secured Mode and in this secured mode you will enter your credit card information,
then click the "Submit My Order" button to finish the transaction.

We ship FedEx. We do not ship to any P.O. Box address. Occasionally, due to unanticipated demand, we may
not have your entire order available for immediate shipment. When this occurs,
we ship the available portion of your order and backorder the missing items.
The backordered items will be shipped at a later date.

Logos, Appliqués, Monograms and Emblems
The inclusion of a Logo, Appliqué, Monogram or Emblem with any order is dependent
upon your school having pre-registered
its Logo, Appliqué, Monogram or Emblem with us.
Logos and Appliqués are put on by a special heat transfer machine and cannot be applied with a household iron.

- Application of a School Logo to slacks, shorts, skirts or skorts is $1.00 each.
- Application of the Buckhead Logo is free.
- Application of an Appliqué is $2.00 each.
- A Monogram is machine-sewn onto an item and is $5.00 each
with the exception of Blazers where the charge is $10.00 per Blazer.

This service must be requested with the original order.
Emblems for blazers, sweaters, etc. are $5.00 each and are sewn on by the customer.

Buying the same item with & without Logo/Monogram/Appliqué
If you want to buy the same item with and without a Logo/Appliqué/Monogram, simply
order the quantity you want without the Logo/Monogram option then click "Add To Cart".
From your Cart, click the "Previous Page" button. Now change your order to include the Logo/Monogram option and quantity you desire.
Click "Add To Cart" again. You will find both items included in your cart. You can use this method to order more than 10 of any item.

Buckhead School Uniforms Return Policy If you need to return or exchange merchandise, complete the return-exchange form on the yellow packing slip you receive with your shipment.
We will credit your original method of payment excluding shipping charges.
Merchandise that is worn, laundered, altered or has tags removed may not be returned or exchanged.
Worn knees are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Buckhead School Uniforms accepts most credit cards and considers credit card transactions
Online very safe and worry free.
If you prefer not to use a credit card, you are welcome to send a Check
or Money Order. Please select the Ground Mail option at checkout.
Print out your Product Invoice and mail it off to us with your Check or Money Order.

Web Order Status
When you place your internet order and we have not yet received it, the order will be posted as "Pending."
When we pick up your internet order, we post the order as "Approval Pending."
This status will remain until the order has been processed and charged to the credit card.
At that time the status will be changed to "Processed."
If you have requested that your order be canceled the status will be changed to "Canceled."
